Accepted files
Upload STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP, STP or ZIP files up to 75 MB. Contact us for larger files. Identify the revision, parts and quantities to quote.
Confirm dimensions and fit
Include overall size and units. Mark critical holes, mating surfaces and clearances, with matching hardware dimensions. Explain whether connections slide, snap or stay fixed.
Material, finish and timing
Describe heat, moisture, load and flexibility requirements. Mark visible surfaces and acceptable seams. Add color, quantity and deadline, or request a material recommendation.
No finished model?
Send photos, measurements or a sketch for CAD support. Show the part from several sides and where it fits. We may need the physical object to establish dimensions.
Manufacturing permission
Only submit files you own or have permission to manufacture. A downloadable model does not automatically include manufacturing rights; check the file authorization policy.
